PROJECT 1
I recently doucmented the Solar Eclipse along side the UH Mathamatics and Biology students. On April 2nd, From Houston to Utopia we set on a journey of curiosity. There goal was to to enhance the understanding of celestial mechanics and mathematical modeling through practical observation and data collection. The Valenti Communication students task was to caputre as much footage of them doing so.

MULTIMEDIA JOURNALISM
With this class, I was able to use photographs to tell a news story! I learned a lot, including using AP style, the rule of four, etc. As part of my journalistic work, I utilized photojournalism to document and convey powerful narratives through visual storytelling. By capturing candid, high-impact images, I was able to enhance my reporting with visuals that resonate deeply with audiences. Whether documenting environmental concerns on campus or major news events, my photojournalism provided an immediate, visceral connection to the stories, offering viewers a deeper understanding of the subjects at hand.
A LOOK INTO LITTER
This was my final photo story I did for the class. Focusing on the University of Houston, it is pretty overpopulated and trash can be common in certain places. My group & I chose this topic because it was noticeable. Maintaining a clean environment and prioritizing recycling are essential for conserving natural resources, minimizing pollution, and protecting ecosystems for both present and future generations. These practices foster sustainability and contribute to a healthier planet.

As a news and entertainment reporter for CoogTV, I covered a range of significant and impactful stories, from the arrest of former President Donald Trump to the ongoing conflict in Palestine. My reporting included in-depth analysis and timely updates, ensuring viewers were informed on these critical global events. Additionally, I explored the entertainment industry by reporting on the box office performance of films like *Shazam*, providing insights into its unexpected flop. My work demonstrated a balance of hard news coverage and engaging entertainment reporting, catering to a diverse audience.

As a staff writer, I focus on crafting engaging and well-researched articles that highlight campus life, entertainment, and student issues. My role would involve producing compelling narratives that resonate with the student body, conducting interviews, and staying abreast of current trends to ensure relevant and insightful content.
